Terms and Conditions
- Prices are for a 3 bed semi-detached property example and are based on an area of up to 95m2 for cavity wall insulation and up to 51m2 for full loft insulation. For loft insulation, larger properties with additional bedrooms or larger loft areas will be charged for the additional areas at £6.32 per metre sq for 250mm thickness or up£5.10 per metre sq for 200mm thickness.
- All loft walkways are priced separately at £30. For cavity wall insulation, properties with larger wall areas will be charged for the additional areas£4.60 per metre sq, excluding window and door areas. The above extra costs will be payable by the customer.
- All prices are subject to survey and inclusive of VAT at 5%.
- Barclaycard Breathe customers will receive £25 discount on standard prices for each measure, to a maximum value of £50. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other British Gas Home Insulation offer. Prices are subject to change. This offer is available until 31st Dec 2007. For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 4p per minute, plus 3p call set-up fee (current at May 2007). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
